Critical Time Intervention: Train the Trainer

Join CTI Trainers, Dr. Carolyn Hanesworth and Bebe Smith, MSW, LCSW, for a live online training of Critical Time Intervention Train the Trainer!

November 1st, 8th, and 15th, 2023 2:00-5:00 pm EST

Critical Time Intervention is an evidence-based intensive case management model that has been used to support vulnerable people as they undergo critical transitions: persons transitioning into housing after being homeless, people leaving psychiatric hospitals or prisons, and a variety of other adaptations. This training will equip persons trained in CTI to become trainers in the model. It is designed to promote high fidelity to this flexible model and to assist agencies in sustaining their ability to provide CTI. Participants who complete the training will receive certificates of completion from CACTI.

Target Audience: This training is for persons who have been trained in the CTI model and who are interested in training others to deliver this evidence-based practice.

Learning Objectives: Participants in the training will

✦  Develop advanced understanding of the principles and practices of CTI as applied to a variety of populations and transitions

✦  Learn how to deliver interactive training in CTI

✦  Gain access to adaptable training materials to support dissemination of CTI
